Robert Seguin is the Managing Partner of The Productive Leadership Institute. In operation since 2003, he and his team of facilitators, coaches and assessment experts have provided clients in North America and Europe with world class organizational, team and individual development support to help clients raise their performance to exceptional levels.
Rob built his career and leadership skills over nearly 20 years in global marketing and sales in Canada, the U.S., and Europe. He led large organizations and marketing teams, including Allergan’s blockbuster launch of Botox Cosmetic in 2001 as Global Director. He also served as Business Unit Director, Medical Botox, Allergan Canada, and US Senior Product Manager, “Complete”.
He has been a featured speaker at several industry meetings including the annual PHARMAC conference, the Wigmore Business Development meetings in London, England, and the Canadian Outdoor Measurement Bureau annual meeting and he has chaired the annual “Futures” in leadership conferences, and the LMI Executive Leadership summits. Robert has been a featured speaker at the Ontario Pharmaceutical Marketing Association and for the “CME at Sea” organization on the topics of leadership and innovation. He has also taught leadership and marketing strategy courses at Sir Sanford Fleming College and has been a guest lecturer at Trent University and the University of Iowa.
Robert is a graduate of Carleton University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Robert resides in Newmarket, Ontario Canada with his wife Christine; they are the proud parents of two boys, Eric and Andrew who study at Concordia University in Montreal. He is a long-time volunteer coach for youth hockey, baseball and the Special Olympics program.

He has been a licensee of Leadership Management International for the last fourteen years. His career has focused on defining and leading change to deliver measurable business performance improvement.
John has worked with a number of private as well as public sector organizations across North America to optimize and align their people, processes and systems capabilities optimizing performance, results delivery and ROI. A graduate of the University of Waterloo and Richard Ivey School of Business, he is a past Board Chair of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce, the Museums of Burlington and currently Chairs the Burlington Museums Foundation.
Jon brings over 15 years of corporate experience, including at the executive level in Canada, the U.S. and globally in the Consumer Package Goods and Life Science (OTC, Natural Health Product, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical) industries with notable companies such as Procter & Gamble, Bausch & Lomb, Medtronic Diabetes and Jamieson Vitamins.
In his consulting practice, Jon works with a broad range of companies (from startup to multinational) across a wide spectrum of assignments, including: corporate strategic planning; acquisitions; business turnaround; brand management; new market entry; new product development and introductions; market development; consumer and professional promotions and sales force effectiveness.
Jon is also an experienced facilitator, performance coach & trainer and a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto.
Christine Woodley has a long and varied background in journalism and copywriting, including editorial contributor for a major shelter magazine (Canadian House & Home), “The Auroran” community newspaper, Main Street Magazine and many more. As well, she worked as a media specialist for Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough where she wrote and edited internal and external communications for the Office of the President and the Communications Department.
She brings a strong writing background to the Productive Leadership Institute, providing various communications and spearheading a profile series of pharma leaders for The Chronicles of Healthcare Marketing. As well, she manages personality profile assessments, accounts payable coordination and fills many other administrative roles.

Active in executive search since 1996, until 2002 Sharon was a Client Partner in the Toronto office of Korn/Ferry International, one of the world's largest publicly traded executive search firms. During her tenure with Korn/Ferry, she had the opportunity to lead the following practice areas: Healthcare, Professional Services, Industrial, and Consumer & Retail.
While Sharon has successfully completed engagements in all functional areas including sales, marketing, operations, human resources and general management, her designation as a Chartered Accountant has led to her developing an expertise in financial roles.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Sharon was Director of Corporate Review at a major North American real estate developer. Previously, she served as Assistant Controller, Shopping Centre Group at another major real estate developer and as an Internal Audit Manager with a major Canadian retailer. She articled at Ernst Young, where she performed audits for large clients in major industries, including manufacturing, utilities and mining.
Sharon earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University, and is a CPA, CA.
She has recently completed a four year term on the Global Asian-Advisory Board for PepsiCo. Past board roles have included BioCEO and Youth Science Ontario. She is currently working with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards program.
Dr. David W. Jamieson is currently Chief Scientist and Head of Advanced Analytics at Environics Research Group (www.environics.com), a highly respected, 45 year-old Canadian marketing and intelligence research and consulting firm. In addition, since 1997, after a career in academics studying attitude change and persuasion, Dave has been Chief Methodologist and Analyst for ERG’s annual Canadian, and quadrennial American, studies of National Social Values. This research program, along with social values surveys conducted by ERG in more than 20 other countries world-wide, has generated a deep understanding of values in many contexts and produced a number of popular press books (e.g., Dave was a contributing author to Fire and Ice: The United States, Canada and the Myth of Converging Values, which won the 2003 Donner Prize for Public Policy writing and was named to the Literary Review of Canada’s list of the “100 Most Important Books Ever Published in Canada”).
Based on this expertise in human values, Dave also leads the Corporate Culture Change practice area at Environics, providing methodological and measurement support in partnership with The Productive Leadership Institute. Dave is an Adjunct Professor at Royal Roads University, recently re-appointed in the School of Leadership Studies (formerly a faculty member in the Institute for Values-Based Leadership).

Mel Engle is a CEO Coach and Mentor. Mel has spent over 20 years as a CEO, successfully leading both large and small-sized (public and private) pharmaceutical and medical device firms. He served as Lead Independent Director and Audit Chair for Oxygen Biotherapeutics and is currently Chairman of Windgap Medical, a start-up company developing an epinephrine auto injector. Until starting his consulting practice in 2012, Mel was the CEO and Chairman of Thermogenesis Corp., a cell separation company.
